Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Item

Food-Shaped Earrings:
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, food-shaped earrings are non-returnable. This policy ensures that all our customers receive products that meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] and mail your item to: 250 Emerald Drive, Joliet, IL, 60433.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: 250 Emerald Drive, Joliet, IL, 60433.

  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
