*We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Once your package is drop off to the post office, is out of my control what happens to the package. You need to contact your local post office to track your package. If they don’t resolve the problem, you can contact me to make the next step, ask Etsy to open a case if the package was marked as delivered and you didn’t received anything.
